Dr. Sarah Pigeon, LAc, DACM is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in the state of California.  A dedicated practitioner with a special interest in pain management, sports injury, peak performance, and facial rejuvenation, Sarah has a general practice, and treats the full range of conditions affecting adults and children of all ages and genders.  She obtained a Doctorate of Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine -- San Diego.  She also holds a Master’s of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine – San Diego.  Dr. Sarah also teaches Pilates and cycling classes in her spare time and brings her passion of fitness to her practice providing exercise/stretching recommendations when necessary.  Her love of life and passion for feeling great is what makes Dr. Sarah’s treatments extraordinary and she is committed to helping everyone live a happy, healthy, full life.
Working with commitment and devotion, Sarah is an advocate of integrating additional medical and wellness modalities into her treatments.  She believes that all types of medicine are strongest when working together with a focus on prevention.  She works with her patients as well as other types of healthcare practitioners, and integrates beneficial lifestyle choices (such as yoga, meditation, stress management tools, exercise recommendations and food and nutrition choices) into every treatment plan.
Sarah attained a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA before discovering acupuncture.  She enjoys surfing, practicing yoga and Pilates and running with her dogs and she brings her love and spiritual connection to the earth and ocean to each treatment.   Sarah is dedicated to helping people realize optimal health by providing individualized care in Chinese Medicine and fitness.
