I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED TO MOVE and have been drawn to athletics ever since I was a little girl! I have always been a runner and love to find the limits of my body in any sport that I do. I have found that Pilates helps me maintain my athleticism, which allows me to participate in Ultrarunning events, mountain biking, and to teach my clients every day! I started Pilates in 2001 and knew that teaching would allow me to share the gift of what Pilates can do for your body and mind. I began my certification program in 2007 with Romana's Pilates and was certified in the Classical method.
