Small Group Equipment Classes
Group classes are offered to make it more affordable to practice more often. To truly experience the benefits of Pilates, it is recommended that you practice 2-3 times a week. Group classes are designed to be fun! You will be able to get to know other clients and form a pilates bond. These classes are limited to 6 clients, so you can experience individual attention and feel comfortable with equipment.
Yoga with Sofia
Join Sofia for an all-levels yoga class that blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle strength to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. This class is amazing for all fitness levels, offering a supportive and calming environment that helps you feel grounded, refreshed, and more connected to your body.
Private Sessions
One-on-one 50-minute classes are catered to your individual goals and needs. Utilizing a variety of apparatuses, they are perfect for those looking for personal attention and/or those with injuries or limitations. Through a personalized session, you obtain a stronger, leaner, and happier you!
Mat Pilates with Elyse
Join Elyse for a 50-minute mat Pilates class focused on core strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. This full-body workout is accessible for all levels with optional modifications, but is not recommended for those with sensitive or acute injuries.
Strength Training with Anne
Join Anne for a 1-hour strength class that uses adjustable barbells, weight plates, and body weight, incorporating functional weight training principles. Modifications are taught for all levels.
Yoga and Barre with Drea
A Ballet flow class of breath-inspired movement where you move through various shapes that challenge and enhance your strength, flexibility, and balance. Yin Yoga - A Yoga practice of holding deep stretches, focusing on breath and awareness of sensation, and finding stillness in the body and mind, so connective tissue and joints are treated and restored.
